Role in the project
As Project Coordinator, Netcompany (NCI) oversees the overall strategic, administrative and technical management of the ECHO project, ensuring coherence, quality and timely delivery across all work packages.
On the technical side, NCI leads the implementation of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) framework, enabling automated testing, secure software delivery, and full interoperability of ECHO’s digital components.
NCI is also responsible for developing the core mechanisms for multi-hazard scenario building and data fusion within the Collaborative Resilience Management Platform, providing the foundation for ECHO’s AI-powered simulations, forecasting, and decision-support capabilities.
