Brief biography of partner
ICS is a non-government research institute with a vision to create, promote, and share top-level knowledge and processes in the area of corporate security. With a range of professional services, ICS helps public and private organisations to comprehensively manage the entire spectrum of security risks in business and other environments, creating a safer and richer future for the users and beyond.
Role in the project
ICS brings knowledge and experience in the security and critical infrastructure domain to undertake three key responsibilities: establish, engage, and manage an ecosystem of practitioners and experts in urban resilience; lead the preparation of a joint, pragmatic, effective, and future-proof resilience strategy; and coordinate the pilot in Slovenia focused on resilience in the Upper Carniola region against heavy storms, floods, and landslides.
